For those of you who don’t know, it was a Bible with my name on it that changed my life. Now, with your support, we are on a mission to distribute 5,000 personalized Bibles—not just to incarcerated men and women, but also to staff, family, and friends. Thanks to our partners, facility chaplains, and the management and staff of DRDC, we officially kicked off this mission on October 20, 2024. We plan to meet, or even surpass, our goal by October 20, 2025.
Our first week of this challenge has been incredibly blessed. We stamped 123 Bibles, and no sooner had we unplugged the press than we received a pledge of 2,000 Bibles from a community church.
When we first started this journey, I couldn’t help but wonder how we would meet the need. But I was reminded of what Jesus said to His disciples: “Do you not remember when we fed the masses with two fish and five loaves?” I know the Lord will provide. I am humbled and grateful to see that we are well on our way to exceeding this monumental mission. We hope you’ll stay tuned, as Feeding the 5,000 is just the first step in our ministry’s broader mission to impact the world in the name of Jesus Christ.
